Choosing pages

Separate single pages with commas and ranges with a hyphen: 1-3, 5, 8-10 extracts pages 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, and 10. Presets select all pages, the first page only, or the first half.

Clicking a thumbnail adds or removes that page from the selection, which is easier than typing when you are picking pages visually.
