About Organize & Delete PDF Pages

Rearrange and delete pages in a PDF using page thumbnails. Move pages left or right, remove the ones you do not need, and save the new page order as a fresh PDF.

Reordering and deleting

Each page is shown as a thumbnail with its original page number, so you can see exactly what you are moving. Use Move Left and Move Right to change the order and Delete to remove a page.

Reset to original sequence undoes all changes if you want to start over.

Saving

Pages are copied unchanged, so text stays selectable and quality is identical. The before and after previews show the result before you download.

To add pages from another document, merge the files first with Merge PDF, then organize the combined file.
