EXIF Metadata Stripper
Sanitize photos by stripping EXIF metadata, GPS locations, camera parameters, and timestamps before sharing online.
Why this matters: phone and camera photos often hide your GPS location, camera serial number, and the exact time they were taken. This tool redraws the image without any of that before you share it.

What EXIF data reveals
EXIF is information saved inside an image file. It can include GPS coordinates accurate to a few meters, the time a photo was taken, the camera or phone model, and sometimes the owner's name or the device's serial number.
Many social networks strip this data on upload, but email, messaging apps, file sharing, and marketplaces often do not. A photo of an item for sale taken at home can reveal your address.
How the removal works
The tool draws the visible image onto a fresh canvas and saves it as a new file. Only pixels are copied, so all metadata is left behind. JPG and WebP photos stay in their format; PNG stays PNG.
Because the image is re-encoded, a JPG may change in file size slightly. The picture itself looks the same.
