Cropping

Drag the box to move it and drag the round handle to resize. Choose a crop shape to lock the proportions: 1:1 for profile pictures and Instagram feed posts, 4:5 for Instagram portrait posts, 16:9 for thumbnails and slides, 9:16 for stories and reels, and 3:2 for standard photo prints.

Thirds guides inside the box help you place the subject off-center, a simple way to make a photo look more balanced. The panel shows the exact pixel size of the crop before you download.

Rotating and flipping

Rotate left or right in 90° steps to fix sideways photos. Flip horizontally to mirror a selfie or make a subject face into the page, or vertically for reflections and design work.

Rotation and flips are applied before cropping, so you can straighten an image first and then crop it. JPG and WebP images are saved in their own format; other formats are saved as PNG.
